Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used hair care products.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of purchase and photos of the product.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered on unused, unopened products at our discretion. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
